Since the announcement has come across, you may be aware of the 4th installation of your favourite event Brisbane Holi 2020. It is a part of Brisbane City Council’s BrisAsia Festival. How is Holi Celebrated in Brisbane?
Same as India, Holi is celebrated in Brisbane with the initiative of Indian Cultural and Sports Club Inc Brisbane. It is a part of the BrisAsia festival for three years from now. Many communities join hands each year to celebrate this grand moment with sports, music, dance performances and food festivals.
It’s 4th year of Brisbane Holi in 2020, where every one of us will be celebrating the spirit of inclusiveness to build stronger relationships between the various communities across the continents.
The Holi in 2020 will be celebrated from 12 pm – 6 pm on 29th February, and it will be celebrated at Rocks Riverside Park, Seventeen miles Rocks- 4073

Entry to this event is completely free, and is optional to purchase of food and colours. The colours will be available at the event ground. All you have to do is show the sellers your ticket for the event. The colour powders available here are environment-friendly and make use of safe dyes. The festival is not recommended for those who have allergies to the coloured powder.
What to Bring With You?
It is recommended to bring the money for food and colour, sunglasses, water bottle, sunscreen and hat. However, it is restricted to bring your own food and colours inside the venue. However, no smoking, alcohol or recreational drug is permitted onsite. Remember not to bring the animals, unless it requires your close attention due to some medical reasons.
If you will be reaching the venue with private airport transfers in Brisbane, parking is available off-street. And the lot will be available as per the first-come, first-serve basis.
Remember, the ticket sales will get closed at 12:00 pm on 28th February 2020. Some people ask if there is an age requirement to enter the event. The good thing is there is no such age bar, and hence, you do not require to produce any ID.
